At Jember, we strive to provide high-quality products that reflect faith, culture, and craftsmanship. Since our products are custom-made and fulfilled through Printify, we follow their return and refund policies. Please review the details below.

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.

Incorrect Orders – If you receive the wrong product, size, or design, we will replace it at no extra cost.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size/color.

Minor color variations due to screen settings.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at hey@jember.store within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review the request and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.

Please do not return items until you receive confirmation from us.
